नियम व शर्ते

व्यसनी के भर्ती तिथि के 20 दिन बाद ही मुलाकात होगी।

किसी प्रकार की शारीरिक परेशानी होने पर डाक्टरी जाँच के पश्चात केन्द्र के बाहर इलाज के लिए परिवार के सदस्यों को सौंप दिया जायेगा।

केन्द्र मे व्यसनी के लिए घर का बना खाना नही दिया जायेगा।

व्यसनी से सिर्फ घर के सदस्य ही मिल सकेंगे।

केन्द्र के कार्यालय परिसर मे मिलने का समय पूर्वान्ह 11:00 बजे से सायं 5:00 बजे तक ही होगा।

व्यसनी द्वारा केन्द्र में उपद्रव करने पर उसे दण्डित भी किया जा सकता है या कानूनी कार्यवाही भी की जा सकती है।

व्यसनी के परिजनों द्वारा केन्द्र पर हंगामा करने व नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर व्यसनी को केन्द्र से बाहर किया जा सकता है व प्रशासनिक कार्यवाही भी की जा सकती है।

किसी प्रकार की आकस्मिक परिस्थिति में ही भर्ती तारीख के 20 दिनों से पहले मुलाकात व छुट्टी की जा सकेगी।

इस परिस्थिति में व्यवसनी पर आया अतिरिक्त खर्च आपको जमा करना होगा।

व्यसनी को केन्द्र में चाकू, चम्मच, काँच का इस्तेमाल करना पूर्णत वर्जित है।

किसी प्रकार की अन्य शारीरिक बीमारी होने पर उसकी जानकारी पहले से देनी होगी व डाक्टरी सलाह पर व परिवार की अनुमति पर इलाज केन्द्र में सम्भव होगा और उस पर आया अतिरिक्त व्यय आपको ही देना होगा।

केन्द्र के द्वारा किसी भी समय फोन पर सूचना देने पर आपको केन्द्र में उपस्थित होना होगा इसलिए दो से तीन फोन नम्बर जरूर से देने होंगे।

केन्द्र में व्यसनी से मिलने परिवार के 2-3 सदस्य ही आयेंगे, ज्यादा सदस्यों को आने की अनुमति नही होगी।

चिकित्सक के अनुसार इलाज पूरा होने के पश्चात समय पर आकर अभिभावक को व्यसनी की छुट्टी करानी होगी व उस पर आया इलाज का अतिरिक्त खर्च पूर्ण रूप से जमा करना होगा।

यदि अभिभावक समय पर आकर व केन्द्र द्वारा सूचना करने के पश्चात व्यसनी से मिलने या उसकी छुट्टी कराने नहीं आता है तो उस पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकती है। किसी प्रकार के विवाद पटना न्यायालय में मान्य होगा।
